Why Sponsor the Winter Institute

The ISEEN Winter Institute brings together more than 150 experiential educators from North America for three days of professional learning, hands-on workshops, community-building and resource-sharing. The 2027 edition of the Institute, its 22nd, will run from February 10–12, 2027 at St. George's School in British Columbia, Canada.

The Winter Institute brings together the practitioners and school leaders who are building and innovating experiential programs, choosing the tools and partners that support them, and returning to their schools ready to act on what they learned.

As a sponsor, your organization will be part of that community.

Engagement

Sponsors have meaningful opportunities to connect with the practitioners and school leaders taking part in the Institute. Depending on tier, sponsors can bring team members into the experience with attendee seats and share materials directly with attendees, along with early access to being featured in emailers about the Institute and on the event app.

Visibility

Your organization will be visible in the room, online, and throughout the Institute experience. Every sponsorship tier includes your logo on the ISEEN website and on the Winter Institute mobile app, along with verbal recognition throughout the gathering.

Partnership

Each sponsorship is designed to support a relationship that continues after the Institute. Every sponsor receives a post-event impact summary with attendance and engagement data, and our Signature partner is featured in a recorded conversation with ISEEN's Executive Director that remains on the WI website for a full year.
